Ok so what happened was that the Olympic Bus came to Brunel, and with it the Olympic Torch. The bus, sponsored by Coca-Cola, was giving out free cans of coke and, allowing people to have their photo taken, in front of a green screen, holding the Olympic torch, not lit, with gloves. But still it was definitely the closest I will get to carrying the torch and it was quite fun. The pictures, with the different backgrounds, could then be downloaded off the Internet and are below.

Carrying the Olympic Torch
Today I carried the Olympic Torch.
Ok so what happened was that the Olympic Bus came to Brunel, and with it the Olympic Torch. The bus, sponsored by Coca-Cola, was giving out free cans of coke and, allowing people to have their photo taken, in front of a green screen, holding the Olympic torch, not lit, with gloves.
